TIA’M BLACKHEAD PERFECT CLEAN BALL

Posted on

Hi guys! I haven’t posted in the blog for a while. Today, I’m sharing my experience after using a product that I won at a reviewer recruitment event hosted by Anita (@skintotheglow) and TIA’M.

The product that I want to talk about now is TIA’M BLACKHEAD PERFECT CLEAN BALL and MY LITTLE PORE FIX SOURCE. These two are product combination to combat blackhead, clear out and tighten pores.

BLACKHEAD PERFECT CLEAN BALL

I’ll start with the Blackhead Perfect Clean Ball. This is a bottle of 10 piece natural silk balls soaked in the Solution. The Solution contains Tea Tree Leaf water (for skin tightening), Allantoin (soothe skin), Sunflower Seed Oil (for moisturizing & calming), Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil (to control sebum). The cocoon itself made of 100% natural silk. The cocoon is composed of Sericin that helps clear away tough blackheads, whiteheads and sebum also keep the skin smooth and soft.

My experience: When I first saw the silk ball texture, I thought it will harsh on my skin but eventually they are very soft on the skin and I didn’t feel the uneven texture on my skin. This is a quite gentle blackhead remover, therefore you can’t see the results in only 1-2 times use. It is recommended by the brand to use it 2-3 per weeks regularly to see results. So far, I’ve used half the bottle. I’ve used it twice a week and once a week. It shows better results when I use it twice a week, this product helps my blackhead come out easily. Usually, I press out my blackheads (using tissue or cotton pad) after I rub the silk ball on my skin and it really helps clear them more easily. By the way, I didn’t feel any bad reactions from this product which is very good.

MY LITTLE PORE FIX SOURCE

Next is My Little Pore Fix Source. This is supposed to be used after using the Perfect Clean Ball to soothe and tighten the skin after exfoliation. This serum contains Tannin from Castanea Sativa (Chestnut) Shell extract that has a pore tightening function. It also has Sesaflash (to improve skin tester & boost skin elasticity), Centella Asiatica Leaf Water (to soothe skin and provide vitality) and Conalbumin (wrinkle functionality). It is recommended to store the bottle in the fridge to optimize the cooling effect when used.

The texture is really light and has water-like consistency. It doesn’t have any fragrance so it’s safe for my sensitive skin.

My experience: I first tried this serum without storing it in the fridge and it already has a cooling effect on my skin. I drop the liquid directly from the applicator to my skin and then gently spread it on my skin and tap-tap until all absorbed. I didn’t really notice the pore shrinking effect but my skin feels really calm and soothe after using the serum. I’ll use it more in the future after I use any blackhead remover product or even after using any exfoliator.

For conclusion, I really liked the silk ball texture and how it’s very gentle on skin, but unfortunately, there are only 10 pieces in a bottle which will only last a month if you use it regularly. The Pore Fix Serum is totally a brand new product for me. I’ve never tried any other serum that’s very soothing and easily calm irritated skin. It’s a great product I think but didn’t really got many exposures.

Thanks for reading my post, see you next time! 🙂
