[REVIEW] NAKEUP PHA WATER TOX AMPOULE 33 ML – JOLSE

I never heard of this Korean skincare brand before. But this product has many appealing features, so I decided to join the review event. And luckily I got this product for review purposes, but still all opinions are mine and I will review this with honesty.

Let’s start with brand introduction. Nakeup Face is a Korean beauty brand. Their names derive from a mix of “naked face” and “no makeup” that have a vision of confidence that comes from natural beauty rather than cosmetic. Some of their best-selling items are their Toner and Moisturizing Cream.

Nakeup Face PHA Water Tox Ampoule

Let’s start from some product description:

• Improved effects of AHA and anti-oxidant and moisturizing power with a high content of PHA at 6%.
• PHA with various hydroxyl groups offers a professional peeling effect by pulling up molecules.
• PHA minimizes discomfort stinging or irritation and with no downtime, daily activities or makeup applications are possible immediately after peeling.
• The patented ingredient, Volurfilline, pumps up the interior of the skin, while PHA forms a hydra film on the surface.

This product main ingredient is PHA, which is an updated formula of AHA & BHA. This is a chemical peeling product that also has glowing effects and volumizing ingredient which is called Volufiline (it is a patented ingredient).

Packaging

First of all, I really love how it looks! It has suh a pretty design with pink colored bottle that looks like a drug capsule. The bottle is a glass bottle with a plastic pump and cap. It is 33 ml ampoule in a bottle.

Everything on the packaging is in Korean, so I cannot really tell what they wrote on the bottle. But I found the full list ingredients on the internet and as usual you can check their ingredients safety score in skincarisma.com.

Ingredients : Sea Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Gluconolactone, 1,2-hexanediol, Salicylic Acid, phage-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Algae extract, Squalane extract, Seaweed Extract, Seaweed Extract, Seaweed Extract, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Chlorella Bulgarians Extract, Nothidrak Extract, Purified Water, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Arginine, Caprylic Hydroxamic Acid, Boswellia Resin extract, Disodium Edetate, Adenosine.

Texture

It has a very light gel texture. This ampoule is quite sticky but absorbed well into the skin. It feels cooling and not heavy on skin. And you can instant effect of glowy skin after using this ampoule. Thankfully, I don’t experience any bad reaction after using this for almost 2 weeks.

For the smell, it has a slight of silicone fragrance which I think comes for their patented ingredient, Volufiline. The fragrance is not really strong, so it doesn’t mind me at all. Talking abouy Volufiline, it is a safe ingredient for volumizing that was developed by a French Company called Sederma. It said that PHA, Volufiline and Adosine in this ampoule is their triple resilience care system which are an excellent anti-oxidation and anti-wrinkles ingredients.

Photo above is how the skin looks after using the ampoule, you can see that it gives glowy & healthy look. I’ve been using this product for 2 weeks. I use it once every two days as a peeling routine. So far, I don’t feel any major improvement on my wrinkle but it does left a glowy and smooth effects after-use. I will write another review after I finished this product.
